Rates

• $180 Initial Intake Session (1.5-2 hrs)
• $150 Family or Couples Session (50 min)
• $120 Individual Session (45-50 min.)

Payment and Insurance

I accept cash, check and some electronic forms of payment at this time. For electronic forms of payment, an additional $3 usage fee will need to be added to the session fee.

While I do not accept insurance, I can provide you with a comprehensive document called a ‘Superbill’ that includes all the necessary clinical information needed as if I were billing them directly. You are able to submit this to your insurance company to explore reimbursement options. I encourage anyone thinking about or wanting to use this option to contact their insurance either prior to the intake session or early in treatment to better understand their carrier’s options.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Do I have out-of-network provider benefits?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
